Institute/About
The Gloxx QA Institute is the published methodology behind the Gloxx Retainer — workflows, a maturity rubric, a free readiness self-assessment, and a paid readiness audit. It is a publication and a service, not a regulatory body. Everything here is described in concrete terms so you can run it yourself, or hire us to run it on your code.
Six AI-QA workflows, each documented as a procedure with named artifacts and observable signals. The AI-QA Maturity Model as the rubric the workflows are scored against. The readiness self-assessment as the free-tier diagnostic. Open-source tools that scaffold the workflows in client codebases. A journal of opinionated long-form, and quarterly reports with anonymized aggregate data.
The Institute's products form a deliberate ladder, ordered by depth of engagement:
The ladder is not a sales funnel; it's three legitimate ways to engage. Most teams will use one rung and stop. That's fine.
Gloxx is not a regulatory body. The Institute does not certify compliance, does not issue credentials to individuals, and is not a member of any standards organization. The vocabulary on this site — "audit," "review," "rubric," "level" — is methodological, not regulatory.
The published methodology and the audit deliverables describe what we observed and how we scored it against our rubric, at a point in time, on the artifacts provided. They are not warranties, attestations, or guarantees of any outcome.
Standard non-warranty
Audit, not certification. The AI-QA Readiness Audit is a methodology-based assessment of release readiness at a point in time. It is not a regulatory certification, compliance attestation, or warranty of any outcome.
The Gloxx QA Institute is a publisher of methodology and a service provider; it is not a regulatory or standards body.
Audit reports are dated, scoped to the artifacts reviewed, and explicit about what was not reviewed. Findings reflect the reviewer's professional judgment against the published rubric — not a guarantee of outcomes.
Gloxx is founder-led by Bran (15 years of QA leadership). The Institute publishes the methodology Bran has worked from on the release path of regulated products. Specialist contractors are staffed in for paid audits and retainer engagements as the work demands. The institute is small by design; the published artifacts are the durable output.
Take the free five-minute readiness self-assessment. It scores you against the same rubric the audit anchors to.
