State of AI-Feature QA 2026

The first Institute Report. We're aggregating anonymized readiness self-assessment results to publish the first benchmark of how software companies actually test AI features in 2026 — distribution by level, distribution by dimension, the most common failure-mode patterns, and the gap between what teams say they do and what they have on disk.

Take the assessment to be counted. Submissions are anonymized in aggregate (no company names published), and respondents get the full report two weeks before public release.
